Why has Rovy charged me?

Last updated: August 5, 2026

If you see a charge from Rovy or Rovy Digital Ltd on your bank or card statement, it's because Rovy is the Merchant of Record for the product you purchased. Rovy buys the product from the seller and resells it to you as principal, so the charge appears under Rovy's name instead of the original seller's.

This is a legitimate charge tied to a real purchase. It doesn't mean your card or account has been compromised.

Depending on your bank, the statement line may read something like “ROVY*[product name]” or “ROVY.IO”.

Don't recognize the charge, or need a refund?

Email our buyer support team with your order details, the product name, purchase date, and the amount charged, and we'll help sort it out. We respond within 24 hours.
