Business Verification (KYB)

As part of Know Your Business (KYB) checks, Rovy confirms that your company is a legitimate, registered entity before we can act as your Merchant of Record. This usually happens without any action required from you. In some cases, our team may follow up by email if we need more information.

• That your business is registered with the relevant authority in its country of incorporation.
• Your ownership structure, including anyone who owns more than 25% of the business.
• Your registered business address.

• A government-issued business registration document, showing your business name, address, registration number, and ownership details.
• A shareholder or ownership breakdown, for any individuals or entities that own more than 25% of the business.
